Documents and uploads
Prepare readable files, check supported formats and resolve upload problems.
Check the upload field first
Check the accepted formats and size limit beside each upload field. The table below provides general limits; follow your form if it requests a different format or a smaller file.
| Document | Supported formats | Maximum size |
|---|---|---|
| Resume or CVWhen requested on the application form. | DOC, DOCX, PDF | 10 MiB |
| Identity documentsOnly when requested in your verification form. | JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG | 10 MiB |
| PhotographOnly when requested in your verification form. | JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP | 5 MiB |
| Assignment filesThe assignment may allow fewer formats or a lower limit. | DOC, DOCX, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, TXT, WEBP, ZIP | 20 MiB |
Prepare a readable document
- Use a complete, readable document in one of the formats accepted by the field. Renaming a file extension does not convert the file.
- Make sure the file opens correctly and remove password protection before uploading.
- For identity verification, upload the front and back of the same document as two separate files, along with the photograph requested on the form. Check the accepted formats and size limits beside each upload.
Provide identity documents through your secure verification form. Do not include them with a general support email or upload them to an unrelated application field.
If an upload does not work
Read the message beside the upload field, check the file format and size, and select a corrected file if requested. Check the submission confirmation after completing the form.
If the problem continues, contact recruitment with the form you are completing, file type, file size and message shown. Describe the issue without attaching the document to your initial support email.
