Your applicant information
Covorg handles the details and documents you provide, together with information relating to your application. What we request depends on the role and the recruitment activities you are invited to complete.
We use this information to consider your application, communicate with you, arrange recruitment activities and maintain recruitment records.
Applicant information is available to authorised people involved in recruitment and to service providers supporting communication, document storage and interviews. Application documents are not published on the careers website.
How long information is kept
Applicant information is retained without a fixed automatic deletion period. Completing or withdrawing an application does not automatically delete your information.
