Access and service providers
People involved in recruitment
Access to applicant information is restricted to authorised people involved in recruitment and related administration.
Supporting service providers
We use service providers for email, document storage, calendars and video meetings. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. For example, email services handle recipient addresses, message content and relevant attachments.
When an interview is arranged, calendar and video-meeting services and invited participants receive relevant meeting details. These can include your name and email address, the role, interview time and timezone, and meeting link.
Information shared through these services is also subject to their privacy practices. Contact us for more information about the providers used for your application.
Private documents
Application documents are not published on the careers website. Keep personal application links private and use the requested form to provide identity documents.
How long information is kept
Completing or withdrawing an application, or the closure of a role, does not automatically delete applicant information or documents.
You can contact us about retention or request deletion. Sending a request does not itself erase your information; the team will review the request and explain the available options.
Cookies and secure access
Session and security cookies help forms work and protect submissions. Blocking these cookies may prevent application forms or personal links from working correctly. You can browse roles and apply without creating an applicant account.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on forms to help prevent automated spam and abuse. Google may process browser, device and network information during this check and use cookies to provide the service. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Keep personal application links private. If a link stops working or you have concerns about access to your application, contact recruitment.
Your questions and requests
Contact Covorg’s recruitment team to ask how your information is used, request access or a correction, withdraw an application, or request deletion.
